Monday Morning Runs (5.4 miles)
All year long, Mondays at 5am
Paulus Park 200 S. Rand Rd, Lake Zurich (park near the skate park)
5.4 mile loop

Tuesday Evening Runs (5.25 miles)
When: All year long, Tuesdays at 6:30pm (Some meet at 6pm for an extra 3 miles around the lake)
Where: Paulus Park - 200 S. Rand Rd., Lake Zurich just about ¼ mile north of Rt. 22 on Rand Rd. (U.S. Rt. 12).- we will run in North Barrington in the Biltmore subdivision. This is a hillier route and a great workout! We often meet at Tacos el Norte afterwards for Taco Tuesday!
Distance: 5 mile loop for all speed levels.
Walkers are welcome and meet at various times. If you plan to walk, please text or call Pat Onines at 847-648-8843.
Note: 5K Program Participants will meet at 7pm on Tuesdays. (May 8-June 26)
Wednesday Evening Runs (6 miles)
When: All year long, Wednesdays at 6pm.
Where: Paulus Park
Distance: 6 miles through Old Mill Grove and back.
Thursday Evening Runs (4 miles)
SPRING & SUMMER:
When: First Thursday in May until early September, 6:30pm
Where: Cuba Marsh - meet in the parking lot off the Cuba Rd. entrance just west of Ela Rd.
Distance: 3, 4, or 6 miles at all levels!
Note: 5K Program Participants will meet at 7pm on Thursdays. (May 10-June 28)
Light permitting, you can share refreshments to drink by the picnic table!
FALL & WINTER:
When: Early September through end of April, 6:30pm
Where: Paulus Park, 200 S. Rand Rd., Lake Zurich
Distance: 4 miles
Saturday Morning Runs (4-12 miles supported by water and Gatorade at miles 3, 5, 7, and 9)
When: All year long! Saturdays at 7:00 am
Where: Lake Zurich High School lower parking lot.
Distances: 4 miles (around the lake) to 6.0, 8.0, 10.5, 12.0, 15.0, up to 22 miles just before the Chicago marathon.
Paces: We have a number of different groups running from 6.5 to 12.0 minute miles and even walk/run. So there's a distance and speed for almost everyone.
This event has been going on for over 20 years now, and there are almost always runners present. There is also a group of walkers joining the Saturday morning workouts.
Water and Gatorade are generally available at the miles 3, 5, 7, and 9. Additional aid stations are often set up at 11, 14, 17 and 19 during the Chicago Marathon training season.

Sunday Morning Runs (10.6 miles)
November through May
When: Sundays at 7am. (Park at back of parking lot)
Where: Ace Hardware (formally Fisher Chicago's Home Town Nut and the Home Economist) in Barrington located on the corner of Hillside and Route 14 (Northwest Highway).
Distance: The route is a hilly 10.6 mile loop. The run starts at 7:00 a.m. and paces vary between 7:00 and 12:00 minutes per mile.
June through October (Fall Marathon Training Season)
When: Sundays at 7am
Where: Busse Woods at 7:00 a.m. Meet at the Golf Road entrance.
Distance/Paces: There are groups at various paces going a variety of distances, most following the marathon training schedule. These runs are supported with Gatorade and water every 2-3 miles.

Always run on the left side of the road.
Run in a single file when oncoming cars are approaching.
Never split from the group. Stay to the left when oncoming cars are
Always run behind any stopped vehicles at crossways.
Always run in a single file from miles 2.5 through 3.5 along Old
Rand Road on our course.
Always run on the sidewalk whenever possible.
